Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque brown with a neat and creamy beige head with a good retention. Malt and toffee aroma, sweet and rich. Rich body, smooth on the palate, mellow carbonation, rich caramel and toffee notes with a faint hint of spruce. Warming alcohol finish. A rich, malt lovers beer - quite enjoyable. But no real trace of the Sea Buckthorn. 070622

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear red as in really RED - more red than amber, with a creamy, beige head. Sweet, malty, toffeeish nose. Rich, malty body, again toffee and biscuity. Slightly unclean mildewy note, but not enough to spoil the beer. Almost more Dunkel than Vienna. 070622
