Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Indslev White IPA ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, lime, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, wheat, sweet malt, citrus, frutiy hops, zest. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160519]

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with touches of yeast and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of needles and citrus and fruity, malty and estery touches. Lingering, bitter afteraste with estery and grassy hints. Medium to high carbonation. Good mouthfeel. Well-balanced and very enjoyable.
