Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Nice pleasant and easy drinkable cider. Hazed golden in the glass and a fast vanishing bubbly head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Unusual mellow sweetness. Expected it a bit more dry and acidic. Not to acidic either Mellow fine apple flavor. Also pleasant fruity and no dominant yeast coming up [Bottle at Basque - Pintxos & Ölhall in Göteborg, Sweden]
