Pitch black color. Lots of bakers chocolate and lactose in the nose. Low carbonation alcohol well hidden. Super smooth palate. Very nice but not overly complex. Would love to try this barrel aged

Slightly boozy stone fruit and citrus notes with good clean heavy maltypalate. Really rounded and nicely put together. Not a masterpiece but solid

26/10/2024. Draft at beerkichi, Fukuoka. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is gooseberry, white grape, grapefruit, citrus, husky notes. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Lovely bitterness to finish. Very good, one of the best beers on the trip.

Nose is a bit weak. Smells a bit like Tang OJ but hops don’t shine. Slightly dry palate. A bit juicy. Balanced but again the hops are restrained. Dry finish. Perfectly fine but boring

Tap at Tram. Pastel gold with a low head. Nise nose, lowery, tropical fruit, citrus juice. Thin body and flavor, slightly too bitter and just a bit funky. Started better than it finished.
