Cidre Brut Grande Cuvée 2015 from Christian Drouin

8/10
Thanks Maarten! Appley, woody, almondy nutty, tart tight dry juice. Lot of carbonation during pouring. Lot of woody tannins were preserved in the bottle. Nice. | [2023-08-05 21:20:45] - Locatie: Lunterenstraat - Comment: {label}

Bottle shared. Clear. Very funky, sweet apple, big farmyard, sweet crisp apple, soft floral, mineral funk, soft dry oaky tannins. Medium sweet, soft sour. Medium dry.

Bottle. Clear golden. Sweet apple, apple pie, soft funk, sweet lime candy, marzipan, mirabelle. Solid medium sweet. Solid medium bodied, a bit dry. More on the sweet side then medium dry I’d say. Quite tasty.

4%. Lot. 04/03/2021. Opens with a loud bang & smoke from the barrel. Sweet pear, lichen, tree bark, twigs, cellar mold, pinchy sweet with tart edges and mild bitterness, slightly meally greasy texture, sparkly & prickly carbonation. Very tasty tanninbomb. | [2022-08-03 23:01:25] - Locatie: SjogroWorld™ - Comment: {label}

Fresh and light sweet apple juice with a touch of almond, lemon, a dusty raisin and a crispy dry woody edge. | [2022-10-14 22:37:31] - Locatie: SjogroWorld™ - Score: 3.75 - Comment: Appelsappig, droog, schillen, bitter leertje. Beetje mager, maar toch lekker hoor. | [2022-10-20 19:18:46] - Locatie: SjogroWorld™ - Score: 3.75 - Comment: 🍕 🥂 🍏
