May 2019 Midtown tasting. Golden pour, quite fizzy and some white foam there. Nice apple nose, sweetish and still quite fresh. Apple povidlo, good old grandma's character. Refreshing, lightly musty and sweetish. Relatively sweetish, simple but good.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, musty socks, and dry apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with barnyard funk, apple skins, and sweat socks. The sweetness dissipates and gives way to a bone dry finish. Very good.

Yellow colour. Powerfull nice perry aroma. Light sweet and moderate perry flavor. Week barbyard notes. Long nice finish. Oily palate. Fantastic perry.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Nose brings out fresh funky pears, with some champagne notes and light barnyard character. Flavour is a bit phenolic, with farmhouse funk, crisp pears and champagne notes. Unfortunately, the phenols destroy this rather significantly. Needs some cleaning up.

Bardzo wyraziste kwaskowe, nieco dzikie i wytrawne, bardzo szlachetne. A wyglad to pomaranczowo-morelowa metna barwe, z piana ale dosc wyraznie inna niz musujace wina jest srednio trwala, ale wyglada przynajmniej jak w srednich belgijskich piwach. polecam do dorsza, wspaniale pasuje, serwowane w kieliszkach szampanskich

75 cl bottle. Corked popped off. Big fizz, pale gold, dry nose of pears, apples, mi erals, crqckers, herbs. Highly carbonated. Subtle fruity flavor, light acid, quite tannic, a bit of sweet stewed pears. Nice full body. Champagne like carbonation is intense. Flavor comes through better once it dies down a little. Simple but elegant.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear vibrant golden. Aroma of dry pear, pepper, honey. Taste is sweet juicy pear, earth, pepper, honey. Medium bodied.
