Description
Mr. Thellier, out of passion, decided to develop a side business in June 2002: la société l’Arrageoise.

After a year of research, he imagined his first recipe, Arrageoise blonde, the first beer of our big family. SARL l'Arrageoise has a reduced activity at the distribution level, preferring to go through distributors such as France Boissons, the Lampin breweries, etc. Leaving distribution aside for the moment, Mr. Thellier would have had time to develop the other products of the range. During these four years and with the collaboration of the Huyges Melle brewery, the Arrageoise company is expanding with five new products. In a brewing context dominated by large industrial groups, the Arrageoise company is attached to its independence and continues to develop its range of beers.

In February 2018 the founder of l'Arrageoise, Mr. Philippe Thellier died at the age of 73. His son-in-law Maxime Debret and his daughter Pauline Debret-Thellier take over the business of the company.

Bottle from Carrefour and drunk at home Clear gold colour lasting white head. Fresh bread yeast aroma. Well yes iguess it is a pilsner. Clean crisp. Soft easy drinking. Some bitterness on the finish. Light hopping but the bitterness on the finish builds like light black pepper. Good carbonation. Light but fine

Bottled at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Cloudy pale yellow, brief head. Light citric coriander aroma. Sweet with lots of honey. Syrupy and sticky raw mouthfeel. A sour/yeasty touch makes my forget about the onslaught of sticky sweetness for a while,b ut overall it’s a rough, dull metallic typical Huyghe style pseudo-beer.
