Bottle. Murky brownish color with no head. Aroma is pickles, that pickle water with the mustard seeds, dusty, milky yeasts, cream, a touch vomit. Taste is pickle water, malty. Low carbonation, thick mouthfeel. I love pickles, but apparently not in beer.

50cl bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of wet paper, mild fruits, rotten fruits. taste of red berries, hints of smoke, rotten fruits, spices.

33cl bottle at Chris & Ruth´s House. A dark brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of dark and strong malt, coffee, some riped red fruits. Taste of strong sweet caramelish malt, toffee, some red fruits, nice!

Magnum, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Sorachi Ace hops. Very hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, some thin dry creamy sweetness. Spicy pine into a little bitterness, Sorachi floral lemon punches through all the other hops. Underneath some orange peel and marmalade. Floral bitterness. Finishes smooth with more Sorachi lemon and malt cream. Great, nice Sorachi here.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, spices, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.
