Min siste lørdag (nov-18) i Dronningens by på aldri så lenge, så det er på sin plass å gå planken på SKAAL: svært uklar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Saftige aprikoser, engelsk appelsinmarmelade, fyrrenåle, bergamott og karamell. Fyldig, saftig og meget tilfredsstillende.

Bottle [from trade no doubt, but forgot who sent me this, thanks!!] @ home. Hazy amber color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, some fruitiness, decently bitter. Ok.

Magnum, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Sorachi Ace hops. Very hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts, some thin dry creamy sweetness. Spicy pine into a little bitterness, Sorachi floral lemon punches through all the other hops. Underneath some orange peel and marmalade. Floral bitterness. Finishes smooth with more Sorachi lemon and malt cream. Great, nice Sorachi here.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, spices, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.
