Taste is medium sweet, with moderate bitterness. A bit of umami. Final is smoked and fairly long, enjoyable.

Can @home. Ambrata scarica, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianco-sporca media. Al naso note agrumate e di resina, frutta tropicale, malto. In bocca ha una componente maltata importante, con chiusura amara media, perfettamente bilanciata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima!

Can @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note sentori citrici, di lime, speziate e floreali. In bocca è succosa, fruttata, con finale un po' sporco. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Inizialmente brilla al naso, quindi si perde e alla lunga stanca.

Can @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note agrumate e citriche, con accenni di bergamotto, resina, ananas. In bocca è ben equilibrata, con buon bilanciamento di amaro, secca, pulita, ben fatta. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male, ma alla lunga il sentore agrumato e di bergamotto stanca un po'.
