On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino. Al naso note di caffé, cioccolato, vaniglia, riminiscenze di miele di castagno. In bocca è rotonda, corposa, bilanciata, buonissima. Corpo medio-pieno, vellutata la palato, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima!

On tap in Rimini. Aroma is freshly squeeze mandarin oranges and grapefruit. Has a nice foamy head and a soft gold body. Flavour is nice hops with citrus tinges and vague malt hints. Okay mouthfeel, not too overbearing despite the high alcohol. Quite well made, heavy on character.

Bottle at the guest room - Roma. Picked up at Les Vignerons. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a lasting, creamy white crown. Expressive saison yeast in the snout, some grass, straw, faint herbs and citrus peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with relaxed grassy bitterness, nips of alcohol, dry wheat bread, tangerine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more saison yeast and grassy bitterness, citrus peel, hay, wheat flakes, sourdough. Nice saison overall.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di lievito, spezie, erbaceo, scorza di agrumi. In bocca è croccante, freschissima, lievemente speziata, con amaro medio e secca nel finale. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Forse la miglior birra di Rebel's, bravissimi!

Keg at Open Baladin - Roma. Pours totally clear gold with a thick, lasting white cream head. Nice pissy hops in the nose, papaya, lemon zest, cat pee, grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour with mellow rindy bitterness, some pithy grapefruit, a little more feline urine, lime, supportive background pale malts. Meidum bodied with fine to average carbonation. Subtle resin in the finish, minimal warmth, some pineapple, Southern Hemisphere hops, a little more pee, lemon, grapefruit. Well-constructed IPA. Super drinkable.

Keg at Open Baladin - Roma. Pours black with a frothy, khaki head. The nose holds milk chocolate, dry earthy roast. Light sweet flavour with strong ashy bitterness, bitter cocoa, scorched earth, woody dryness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more ashy bitterness, drying cocoa, more earth. Lingering dry ash. Hearty gear on the ash front. Not bad.

Tap, taster. Tasted on the 17/03/2018 at "Barcelona Beer Festival 2018", L´hospitalet (Spain). Unclear blonde to orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma of orange peel, mango, hops and biscuits. Taste is full of tropical fruits, yeast and biscuits. Medium carbonation and slightly bitter aftertaste. Next one please!
