The Barley Craft Brewery is a small and creative craft reality which promotes its products to restaurant tables of a medium to high standard, comparable to a level similar to that of wine.

The Barley beers are synonymous of originality and refinement, the result of amazing experimentations which utilize the production area's ingredients in unexpected ways. So was born a wide range of 12 beers, that enable to give an extraordinary intensity of bouquets and aromas.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Comes as "Barley BB Evo Riserva 2009". Pours deep amber with a slight haze and a creamy off-white head. The nose is sweet caramel and oxidized fruit. Very solid body, low carbonation and lots of burned caramel and nuts. Some phenols. Warming alcohol finish. 110910

Hazy golden with a small off white head. Sweet aroma with malt and fruity notes. Sweet flavor with fruits and hoppy notes. Finished dry and slightly bitter.

Hazy amber with plenty of floaties. Malty nose with hoppy and fruity notes. Flavor had malt, yeast, fruits and hoppy hints. Finished dry and slightly bitter.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off´-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, strawm and malt, leading to a dry finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and slight spiced. Sweet malty and slight fruity. Bitter and mild fruity into a dry mellow yeasty finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and slight toasted malt. Sweet caramelish and mild hops fruity. Phenolic and dry into the finish.
