Good dark beige head, fine & dense; deep dark brown beer. Chocolate, or cacaopowder, dark malts, hints at raisins or half-dried fruit. Bitter chocolate, tipped of by good hops & coffee flavour. Good body and balance, alcohol well-hidden. Impressive, not only because it is still a BEER. Fruit very unobvious.

Pale orange-yellow beer, with a yellowish head. Lactic acid, a bit of wood, aroma of apples, and also some fusels. In the taste, diacetyl joins the fusels, malts, and some powerful alcohol. Well bodied (which sits bad on a tripel), alcoholwarming, slick & even oily. Rather poor, faulted beer which leans heavily on its alcoholcontent.

Pale ochre-orange; medium, white head. Wheat & coriander, not too outspoken, bit peppery. Taste is exaggerated coriander, to the exclusion of anything else. Quite outspoken wheat slikness, full bodied, creamy. Quite classic, corander-dominated wit.
