From a 440ml can on 11/2/2023. Pours a milky light golden with a smallish head. Smells dank and tropical. Tastes of sweet melon, peach and white grape, with a light spicy bitterness at the back. Pillowy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Both Bracket and Nelson Sauvin kick arse yet again. Lovely.

From a 440ml can on 22/2/2023. Pours a clear amber with a biggish head that disappears fast. The nose is quite malty with biscuit and caramel, followed by dark and dried fruit. The taste absolutely follows suit - caramel, biscuit and nuts, followed by raisois and dates, adding some sweet orange in the mix. Finishes with a firm hoppy bitterness with a good dash of grapefruit and pine evident. Chewy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. By no means out there, but beautifully balanced and full of flavour. A cracking big red.

From a 440ml can on 3/1/2022. Pours cloudy medium golden with a biggish head. Has a lovely punchy fruit salad nose. Truly delicious on the sip - lots of peach and apricot, with touches of orange and mango. Finishes with a moderate bitterness that suits the beer beautifully. Has a silky, pillowy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Yet another truly cracking big hazy from these guys.

From a 440ml can on 18/12/2022. Pours a hazy dark golden with little in the way of head. Has a light citrus nose. Tastes of medium sweet orange with a touch of apricot, finishing with a modest bitterness, medium bodied with moderate to average carbonation. Solid, but a step down from Bracket's typical excellence.

Can. Golden amber with a good cm of white head. Bready aroma with light spices, little hints of booze. Clean and only moderately sweet with fat rich malt that is relieved after a time by lightly spiced bitterness. Far from my favourite style but more than solid.

From a 440ml can on 15/11/2022. Pours a hazy golden with a small head. Has a decent tropical citrus nose. Tastes strongly of orange, a touch of coconut and peach, and finishes with a moderate lemony/lime bitterness. Has a silky mouthfeel and average carbonation. Another winner from the most consistently excellent brewer of hazies in Oz.

From a 440ml can on 12/11/2022. Pours a hazy medium golden with a smallish head. Has a moderate citrus and tropical nose. Tastes of orange, mango, apricot and melon, with a slightly pithy moderate bitterness featuring both lemon and lime. Has a silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Yet another winning and excellent brew from Bracket.

From a 440ml can on 9/11/2022. Pours a very deep golden with a small head. The nose is lightly malty with a bit of fruit in the mix. Displays typical marzen maltiness, a bit of jammy fruit and a light bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Solid enough.

From a 440ml can on 8/11/2022. Pours a deep brown with a smallish head. Has a strongish chocolate cocoa nose. The taste is medium to high sweet cocoa and milk chocolate, with creamy vanilla in the middle, and a moderate roasty bitterness at the back. Creamy mouthfeel with average carbonation. Rich, tasty and nicely balanced.

From a 440ml can on 27/10/2022. Pours a cloudy dirty golden with a small to medium head. Has a bright zesty nose. Tastes of sharp cirtus fruit with some light melon and berry in the background. Finishes with a quite sharp zesty, piney bitterness with some citrus peel notes. Has a velvety mouthfeel with average carbonation. Bold, interesting, and enjoyable.
