From a 440ml can on 17/10/2025 (shared with Butz). Pours a deepest brown with a small deep tan head. The nose is huge with masses of choc coconut and strong bourbon notes. It super rich and decadent on the sip - chocolate, hazelnut and coconut in spades, with a warming splash of bourbon. It's very dessertish, but has a strong roasty bite at the back that provides teh necessary balance. The palate is amazing, so silky, thick and syrupy, with the carbonation soft. Wow. This is incredible.

From a 440ml can on 3/10/2025 (purchased direct from the brewer, shared with Ed). Pours a deepest brown with a small dark tan head. Has a huge and pleasant rummy choc and brown sugar aroma, with some oak in the background. It's quite sweet on the sip - dark chocolate, lots of brown sugar, molasses, raisins and vanilla, with lashes of rum in the background. Finishes lightly roasty and boozy. The palate is simply sublime - thick, syrupy and substantial, withn the carbonation moderate. So easy to down and so satisfying A triumph. It's not just the hazies with these guys.

Can. Just about black, ~cm of beige head that laces OK. Aroma of roast, liquorice, bread, pine, vague citrus, perhaps some nectarines. Nice chocolate brioche texture with firm bitterness. Rich but dryish. Neither aromatics nor bitterness are overdone. Very good.

From a 440ml can on 19/9/2025. Pours a super cloudy dirty golden with a smallish head. The nose features some heavy peach, with some hints of passionfruit. Tastes of peach, apricot and orange, finishing with a pronounced spicy and tangy bitterness. The mouthfeel is thick, silky and creamy, with moderate carbonation. This is one where the 10 per cent is no surprise. Full on, complex and very satisfying. These guys just keep producing diamonds.

From a 440ml can on 19/9/2025. One of their 5th birthday beers. Pours a cloudy golden with a smallish head. Has a big punchy citrus fruit nose with lots of tropical notes. Boy is it intense on the sip for a standard hazy - masses or zesty orange, tangerine, lemon and lime, leading into mango, a bit of peach, and a touch of honey. The blurb on the beer references an odd reference to both green capsicum and lemonade, but I totally get both in this one, and it works wonderfully. The palate is pillowy and lightly creamy, the carbonation average. Displays a great balance of complexity, intensity and drinkability. Full on but really nice.

From a 440ml can on 12/9/2025. Pours a clear deep golden with a small to medium head. The nose features some orange, lemon and grapefruit. There's a decent amount of sweet orange on the sip, with some biscuit malt in the background, finishing with a firmish lemon, grapefruit and pine bitterness. Fullish body with moderate carbonation. Very solid and pretty tasty.

Can. Opaque yellowish orange with a modest but dense white head. Intense mixed citrus, herbal and under-ripe tropical fruit aroma with some light bread. Smooth verging on sludgy. Sweet with more tropical fruit than citrus - mango, passionfruit, liquorice (!). Gets a little astringent rather than bitter towards the end, with resin, weeds and herbs.

From a 440ml can on 27/8/2025. Pours a deepest brown with a medium light tan head. The aroma features chocolate, spice, nuts and some fridge notes. Tastes of chocolate, rye bread with some spicy and strong roasty notes in a very firm and lingering bitter finish. The palate is lightly creamy, the carbonation average. Bracket are (imho) the king of hazies in Oz, but it's rare to find anything they make that doesn't impress. Pretty full on and chock full of character.

440mL can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma has subtle rum barrels, moderate roast, molasses, and burnt sugars. Flavour has plenty of rum barrels, vanillin, burnt sugars, molasses, and moderate roast. Really quite a nice rum barrel character and good malt character. Very good.
