From a 440ml can on 15/6/2025. Another Pours a cloudy, dirty deep golden with a smallish head. The note features lots of stone and tropical fruit. The sip brings you intense orange, mango, apricot, with a lovely firm, slightly spicy bitterness providing perfect balance. It presents as a ten percenter yet goes down way too easily. Has a silky, slightly slick mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. Has length, balance, complexity and heft. These guys are my fave brewer of hazies in the country (though there a few others who are right up there), and this is one of best beers they've ever brewed. Delicious and moreish. A simply sensational brew.

Can, bb 10/25. Opaque brownish orange with a 1/2 cm white head. 6- Strange way over-ripe tropical fruit aroma - mainly pineapple - bread, hints of lime. The citrus and brighter tropical notes are more prominent upon a taste and there is some definition to the end.

Can. Opaque yellowish orange with a cm of white head. 6+ Floaty lychee, Meyer lemon pith, Indian mango, passionfruit, peach aroma with chewed crackers behind - nice but not vibrant. But then it is upon a sip. Slightly creamy, very fruity with citrus and some bitterness stopping it from seeming vague or just fruit cup-like. Sold to me as about as good as an Australian brewery has done with sort of thing and it's hard to argue.

From a 440ml can on 21/5/2025 (purchased direct from the brewer). Pours a lightly cloudy medium golden with a medium head. The nose features passionfruit and peach. That's primarily what you get on the sip, along with a big dose of lemon sherbet. Has a lightly spicy, moderately bitter finish. Pillowy mouthfeel with average carbonation. Like pretty much every hazy Bracket produces, this is lovely.

From a 440ml can on 17/5/2025 (purchased direct from the brewer). My second big Bracket for the day (a heavenly cheers to my dad on his birthday). Pours a hazy dirty golden with a smallish to medium head. The nose features some citrus and stone fruit notes but it's an unexpected fresh apple that presents most. The taste is similar - orange, apricot and peach, with unmistakable fresh red apple. Finishes with a light bitterness. Has a silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Chinook in a hazy is def interesting. Enjoyable, if not quite up there with their very best.

From a 440ml can on 17/5/2025 (purchased direct from the brewer). Pours a clear deep golden with the barest of heads. The nose features light citrus with some pine and resin. There's some sweet orange and tangerine up front which leads to big bitterness with copious amounts of pine and resin in equal measure. Has a slick palate and moderate to average carbonation. A serious big bopper that's bold but yet well balanced.

From a 440ml can (purchased direct from the brewer) on 14/5/2025. Pours a hazy dirty deep golden with a biggish head. The nose is zesty citrus with light tropical notes. The sip brings plenty of passionfruit, lemon and lime, with hints of apricot and white grape at the back, with a decent bitterness lingering. Has a pillowy mouthfeel with average carbonation. It's rare to find these guys brewing a hazy sans Motueka, but here we are and it's another cracker,

From a 440ml can (purchased direct from the brewer) on 22/4/2025 (happy birthday to me). Pours a cloudy golden with a small to medium head. Has a punchy tropical and citrus fruit nose. Typical Bracket hazy excellence.

From a 440ml can on 12/4/2025 (purchased direct from the brewer). Pours a hazy deepish golden with a medium head. The nose features melon, passionfruit and white grape. All of these present even more strongly on the sip, along with some tangy lemon that presents in the moderate bitterness at the back, which also includes a touch of spice. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. This one is perfectly balanced with both complexity and subtlety. A truly wonderful hazy.
