Tap at Maly pivo. Thin body, rather low carbo. Medium sweetness, feels old, caramelly. Light sourness. Moderate cumin, little anything else. Light mushroom. Drinkable, but lacks some elegance.

Tap at BGB. Misty yellow body, off-white head. Dill completely dominates the aroma, white grapes underneath. Soft, dry, flat taste, white grapes, tiny dash of vague lemon aaand dill, ending with a light bitterness, herbal of course, bit minerally. Nice!

Tap at the brewpub. Love to catch a test batch there! Love the prices and the forcing of tips less. Anyway. Hazy yellow body, lasting thick ivory head. Bergamot and verbena in the aroma, no doubt there. Tart, herbal taste, odd, a bit earthy - the citrus fruits, mainly bergamot, giving it some sourness, but tehre's something vegetal about it as well. Dunno. Needs tweaking.

Whee, a commercially available beer brewed at Automat Matuška's minisystem! Tap at AM. Murky orange body, lasting thick ivory head. Huge apricot juice aroma, creamy. Apricot and creamy sourness in the taste, very juicy, very non-beery, big carbonation, big sourness too, cleanly lactic, fun!
