Tap at Kegzistence. Golden-amber body, white head. Piney citric aroma, qute pleasant. Lean pleasant creamy and caramelly pine and resin aroma, okay bitterness. Good stuff!

(can 0,5l from U Martina (Brno)) Overall: Good simple Irish dry stout. Aroma: Roasted malt, licorice, light chocolate. Appearance: Black color. Minimal, pale brown head. Taste: Light sweet, strong roasted malt, licorice. Palate: Light-medium body. Roasty-dry-astringent finish.

Can from Pivoteka Rozmanitost @ Home. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head, light lacings. Aroma of light malt, oat, sweet fruity hops. Flavor is sweet, little malt, rich oaty, fruity hops, light citrus. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet light bitter finish. 011123

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, herbal and light oxidation in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, some herbal notes and light oxidation with dry bitter finish. Seems almost gone despite BBE date 22.04.2024.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, ripe fruit, cardboard. Dried orange zest, some herbs, some grass. Medium body, smooth, ripe fruit, herbs, some bitterness. Cardboard. Dry finish.

Can from the Žižkov fest shared with Ogi and Hrabren. Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Resinous hoppy notes on oxidized grainy maltiness. Lean, dry taste, herbal hoppiness, solid bitterness, oxidation in evidence, maybe light flowery touches as a vague attempt at a counterpoint. Sadly didn't survive well, though the herbal / dank / pine aspect is on point - shows some potential with a bit of tweaking.

Tap at the Žižkov fest. Blackish body, off-white head. Lean, dry aroma, chocolate and light roastiness - quite pleasant! The taste continues along the same lines - lean, dry, chocolatey, roasty, lightly citric and lightly bitter. A nice little stout, glad to see some good ones from these guys!

Tap at the Žižkov fest. It's always great to see a new brewery / brewing project, especially when they are as ambitious as the Švabín people appear to be - and I guess aiming to revive a long-defunct but very historically important brewery! Wishing them all the best with that, of course. And of course I would rush to try the lager first. Golden-yellow, hazy, with an off-white head. Started with an odd, grainy touch in the aroma, red apple, light flowery-hoppy notes, but vague tartness as well... huuh. Smelled like some Swiss macro lagers I'd had before really and pretty much no Czech ones. Lean, dry, grainy taste, again, vague apple, the hoppy presence subdued underneath. Is this pasteurized? I see it's brewed by Nepo, so potentially yeah... Ah, I hope they improve it because this wasn't exactly great. Will try it again after some time passes, definitely, and hopefully rerate with a higher score.
