A slightly orange-yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is strongly wheat, sourness, some spicyness, only hint of bananas. Taste is also full of wheat, sour, quite dry, some herbs and only hint of bananas. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation, typical and functional. Quite dry hefe, not in the top, due of the best refreshning and tastefull are missing; basic hefe.

Rather light and somewhat stale aroma with wheat, hints of licorice and ripe banana. Flavour has licorice, some spices, ripe banana, hints of butter and toffee. Slightly tart finish. Good dunkelweizen!

Deep orange-red color, good cloudy white head. Citrusy and papery nose, a bit sour and cellary. Medium-bodied. Light banana, yeastyness, lots of bubblegum. Unfortunately a bit tart.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, bread, caramel, light to moderate roasted malt. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel malt, burnt caramel - brown sugar, bread, light metalic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20111001]

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is farmyard, some mild wheat, earth and quite yeasty. Flavour is fruits, yeast, some wheat, mild earth. A bit wooden notes.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Golden colour, small head. Aroma is malts, some bready notes as well as floral and grassy hops with some herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Mellow, yet tasty and refreshing. Suits chevre cheese very well.

Bottled 500ml. -Pale brown coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, dusty and almost stinky nose. Some light caramel, yeasty and bubblegum. Very watery and pretty tasteless finish. Unbalanced and simply not good beer.

Rather strong aroma wih much ripe banana esthers, some wheat and hints of mint. Flavour has banana, wheat and some hints of spearmint bubblegum. Palate is a bit too thin. Interesting.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark orange, nice head. Starts quite strong, a bit sourish, yeasty and dry. Fruity notes of apricot. Finish could be more balanced, still sourish. I exspected a bit more, but still a good beer!

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours amber with a large white head and lacings. Chewy malty. Lots of caramel and toffee. Vaguely metallic hints. Medium bodied.
