Description
Living Häus Beer Co is a lager-forward brewery located in the Pacific Northwest city of Portland, OR and is co-owned by Conrad Andrus and Mat Sandoval. With a combined 20 years of professional brewing experience, we have become creators, engineers, scientists, artists, and critical thinkers while on our path to brew the best beers we can. We are proud to showcase our ability in our craft with the self awareness to know that we are always learning and growing.
WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

Opalescent golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma and taste of peachy, piney, tangerine, lemongrassy, grassy and even some nutty notes, nutmeg, and some celery spiciness (in the taste); really good one! Thanks so much for sharing, Kapusil!

Tao at Giurmet Haus. Pours slightly hazed yellow with small white head. Patterns well down glass. Cantaloupe and grassy aroma. Flavor starts with fruit and then leans heavily into grass and moderate bitterness. Well rounded mouthfeel.

Living Häus Carl West Coast IPA Apparently this is a collaboration with Ruse Brewing. Clear light gold with thick off-white foam that doesn’t linger. Sweet tutti-frutti hops with loads of pine. Medium to full bodied with a smooth soft mouthfeel. The taste is a well balanced west coast IPA with some additional woodsy notes. Solid stuff.
