WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

Can from Ale Arsenal to glass. Pour a orange-gold with off-white head that is moderate to start and retains throughout with slight patterning. Aroma is citrus and slight bread. Flavor is orange and slight tropics. A slight bit of funk comes out in the back half. Malty bread comes through more as it warmed.

Clear body with white head. Light grassy aroma. A little more hoppy than the average pilsner but well balanced.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, a touch of piney and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour brings out herbal and grassy hops, herbaceous notes, and biscuity malt. A little too herbaceous. Decent. Gary is better.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of lacto and a melange of muted tropical fruits. Flavour is yogurty, with pineapple and other tropical fruits, held together by a yogurty palate. Yogurty and lightly fruity. Meh.

Can from douglas88: pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is smoke and some hops. Taste is smokey, fairly bitter actually. Not much sourness. Love this style, but I was not a huge fan of this.

Can. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a great hay note with fresh cut grass and straw supporting. Flavor has a nice hay and fresh cut grass combination with a touch of straw in the finish.
