Given out at Delco Group coronavirus event in Darby. Cloudy yellow with white head, medium body. Grapefruit nose. Taste is grapefruit, orange and pine, finish is medium bitter resin.

16 ounce can. Barely translucent cola brown color. Large rocky tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at dark toast. Flavor is dark malt, pine, dark berries and ripe plums. Fairly complex hoppiness with earthy, spicy notes. Some warming alcohol in finish. Quite tasty.

Pours mahogany into an English pint. Mocha head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Coffee and pumpernickel aromas. Medium bodied with sweet rye and chocolate front to back and into the dry, lasting espresso finish.

I bought this for two reasons: The first was nostalgia for Wawa’s konbini I used to shop at on summer holidays in the US. The second is that I love seasonal/winter beers. 2SP x Wawa Winter Reserve Coffee Stout 6% Inky black with a light tan head and nice sweet milk coffee aroma. The taste is a tasty well balanced coffee stout that made me think of the excellent Pizza Port Bacon & Eggs. I’m digging this.

Can split at the L6 XMAS Karnage Tasting, thanks to Tips, 19/12/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is weed, bitter orange, tropical fruits, airy malts, mango. Taste comprises grapefruit, raw pineapple, melon, mango, orange peel, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Decent DIPA.

Can shared at the Columbus tasting 19/12/2019. Many thanks A nice translucent golden yelllow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is soft wheat, lemon rind, floral citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, rubber. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wheat, pineapple, passion fruit, juicy, . Palate is soft wheat, moderate carbonation, light tang. resinous hop, Really nice.

Can. Pours clear dark brown with ruby red highlights, very small frothy beige head, coffee aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter coffee taste, thin body, long medium bitter coffee finish. Well balanced.
