Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

12oz can from Boise Co-Op. Dark golden pour, light cloudiness, frothy white head, rings of lacing. Fruity aroma with some caramel notes. Taste is malty, stone fruit, faint citrus zest with a mild bitterness at the back. This very, very easy to drink

On tap at Homebrewstuff clear deep golden with a thin skin of bubbles. Mild soft pale malts and a touch of Belgian heartiness. Flavors are more of the Belgian character with notes of pear. Fairly sweet overall and a full smooth palate.

On Tap at the Fairview BP Nitro pour settles into a classic dense cap of light tan foam. Light notes of milk chocolate and whipped cream. A touch of coffee and light roast. Pillowy soft and smooth. A touch of roastiness at the end

On tap pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grass some bubble gum. Taste is more of the nice sweet bubble gum and a light grain touch.

On tap at the Fairview BP clear deep golden pour with a thin white head. Classic light pale grain, a little asking notes, fairly sweet and full maltiness. Some noble pils hop flavors.

On Tap at Good Apple. Clear deep rusty light brown pour. Thin fine tan skin of micro bubbles. Malty woody and a touch of brown sugar and toffee. Well attenuated, clean and smooth A little woody bitter bite at the end. Smooth.

On Cask. Pale foggy light straw pour, with a full dense white head. Plain general tropical fruit aromas, cut through the thick head. Flavors are muted and subtle as well. Faint berry and pineapple. Light smooth pale malts. Pleasant. Pillow.

On Tap. Very light faint magenta/pink. Lively light pink head. Faint berry or red grape notes in the aroma. Very light clean dry spritzy wheat beer, with some faint red grape character. Spent grape skins from local winery lending a little Rose’ character. Very nice.

On Tap at the HandeleBar Clear golden orange pour with a thin off white lasting head. Mellow smooth tropical and citrus hop aromas and flavors. Smooth full malt body. More tropical fruit and tangerine later.
