Draft at Alehouse. Dark, clear golden, thin layer of fine foam. Yeasty aroma, bready. Yeast leads the taste, bready, sourdough, fruity, floral. Yeast lingers on the palate.

On tap at HandleBar. Clear light pale golden pour thin brief off white head Soft barrel aging and caramel vanilla notes at first. Reminiscent of a whiskey. Smooth full bodied, subtle saison yeasty character, a little boozy light oak vanilla again, I don’t get much of any of the peppery spiciness. Aged veryvripe pear, luxurious palate though. Almost decedent. Delicious actually .

On tap at the Fairview brewery/taproom. A clear pale, dare I say…prolific light golden pour. Lovely white head. Big fresh burst of light floral and a touch tropical sweet hops. List of fresh flavor for a lighter fare pale.
