Description
Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

Sampler at Bacon & Beer deep mahogany brown pour. Thin wispy fine tan head. Smooth aged dark roast malts some dark ripe pitted fruits and barley wine character. Dark smooth and fairly sweet some boozieness at the end

Sampler at Bacon & Beer deep dark mahogany pour lasting thin skin of tan bubbles. Over ripe Dark fruit and fig ciders bites in the aroma. Similar and chocolate malt sweetness smooth and delicious. Some raisins and boost burn at the end. Quite good

Sampler at Bacon & Beer clear deep orange with a thin white skin. Clean light toasted malts. The Belgian yeast character comes through and a little floral note that I can only assume is rose hips. Interesting combo. Clean

Sampler at Bacon & Beer fest mostlynclear medium orange pour thin fine ring of white bubbles. Great mix of light fresh piney notes and firm citrus pithiness in the aromas and flavors. Sturdy and full. A hefty IPA that still has that early season freshness all around. Quite good

Deep reddish amber pour thin off white ring of bubbles. Slightly sweet toasted woody malts . Smooth and lightly hopped. Light brown sugar woody bite at the end

Draft at Here's How. Clear golden pour small foamy head fades slowly. Full biscuity, bready aroma. Taste is malty grainy with a mild crisp bite. Very smooth.

12oz can from Brewer's Haven. Cloudy golden pour, foamy head settles down to thin film and ring. Hoppy aroma, notes of citrus and pine. Taste is mildly bitter, hoppy, nice malty base. Dry finish.

On tap at Heritage Hop Haus. Slightly foggy pale dull golden pour. Light pale full bodied malts. Muted subtle fresh floral and slightly tropical hop flavors. Mild bitterness.
