Description
Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

Tap @ Brewpub: Dark brown with a thin tan head. Rich aroma of roast, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor drops in intensity and retains a milder roast and coffee feel. Very light chocolate notes. I concure with the comments of a thin feeling. Enjoyable, but not remarkable.

Tap @ Sockeye: Bright yellow pour with a finger of white head. Good lacing. Nose is faint of grassey hops and lightly sweet. Tastes crisp with grassey hops, light in the biscuit notes, and faintly malty. Overall a decent pils and better than their White Pine Pils. A nice session brew.

Draft: Golden pour with a large, fluffy white head. Sticky sheets of lacing. Bright nose with citrus and floral hops. Fruity and sweet. Tastes is floral hop bitters with a lighter amount of citrus and fruitiness. Some malty smoothness into a linger bitters trailer. Solid.

Draft: Brownish orange pour with a modest off-white head. Sticky lacing. Aroma was of light florals, earthy and wheat, a bit spicey. Tastes like wheat bread and floral hops were mated. Maybe some rye? Has a spicey, earthy, and floral menagerie. Good, but I want less spice and more hops!
