ON Tap at the Baker City taproom Clear redish brown, full chunky light tan head. Blocky spotty lacing. NIce full woody toasted malt aroams and flavors. Bold and balanced bitterness. A bit resinous and some sweetness as well. A couple small steps away fro a very nice barleywine. Very good, full, strong balanced beer.

ON Tap at the Baker City taproom Clear light amber with a light tan head. Bid peppery aroma. But also warm and toasted. Not picking up much ginger....yet. Flavos are a light toasted maltiness as a base, light bodied and clean. Firm Jalapeno flavors, but smooth and warming. Still not getting much ginger. But a good mellow but sizzling toasty pepper beer.

ON Tap at the Baker City taproom Foggy light pale straw color. fine soapy of white head. Intense sweet fruit and vanilla or berry aroma. Smooth sweet moody notes. Vanilla or caramel maybe. Odd for the style but smooth and delicious. Lacking the expected tropical fruity hop characteristics Im accustomed to for the style.

On Tap at the Baker City Taproom Very light pale yellow witha full fluffy white head. Grassy floral aroas and flavors. Very good fresh floral flavors. Quite light bodied, servs a good vehicle for the delicate fresh hop flavors. Excellent FH IPA Seems much lighter than the claimed 6.7%

On tap at PreFunk Boise. Cloudy orange with only a few bubbles and no real head. Melon fruit and pie crust aromas. Deep tropical and floral/grassy hop flavors. Simple clean finish. Fair bitterness.

Draft at PreFunk. Medium golden with small creamy head. Aroma is light and grainy, mildly sweet. Taste comes in with full grain sweetness, welcoming and refreshing. A bit more than the normal lager, fuller, more robust. Tasty on a hot day...

Draft at PreFunk. Hazy golden pour, barely there head. Aroma is light and fruity, citrus, tropical notes. Taste is also subdued, gentle, easy on the palate. But fine tuned, like a laser, on a specific palate spectrum, which it hits all the marks. The sum is greater than all the parts.

On Tap light haz on this orange golden pour. Just a trace of white bubbly head. Some of that hazy/NE character, fruity clean hop flavors. A litel bitter and papery at the end. Light bodied.
