Dark gold colored with reddish accent. Rather low head. Tropical fruits in aroma with veeeery slight banana hint. Also bubble gum hints. Medium bitterness and sweetness. Light body and carbonation. It’s more of an APA or Summer Ale than Wheat AIPA.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy light orange golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of clove, spices, some banana and yeast. Taste of mild banana, yeast and some clove, typical Hefeweizen!

Butelka 0.5l (17.06.2016). Barwa bursztynowa, nieprzejrzysta. Piana w kolorze ecru, obfita ale szybko kurczy się do cienkiego kożuszka na powierzchni piwa ale znikając ładnie zdobi szkło. Aromat słodki, trochę faktycznie w stronę gumy balonowej, trochę karmelowy, bez uniesień choć bezpośrednio z butelki, króciutko po otworzeniu były przyjemne nuty cytrusowe i żywiczne, no ale to był moment. W smaku lekkie, nawet w stronę wodnistego, a przynajmniej takie jest odczucie, z wyraźna, nawet do średniego poziomu, ziołową, nieco łodygową goryczką. Jednak wyjątkowo ta kombinacja mi nie leży ale plus za fajny eksperyment z nowym chmielem mimo tego, że efekt końcowy jest mizerny. A i jeszcze mam wrażenie, że cały czas krąży gdzieś w tle nuta zielonego jabłuszka.

Butelka 0.5l (29.04.2016). Piwo czarne, totalnie nieprzejrzyste. Piana jasnobrązowa, drobna, obfita choć szybko znika i po chwili zostaje tylko cienki kożuszek na powierzchni trunku. W aromacie rządzi torf, a jego intensywność jest wprost proporcjonalna do odczuwanej przyjemności. W smaku torf, paloność, ciut czekolady z lekko słodkim od beczki i kwaskowym od słodów palonych finiszem. Ale ogólnie piwo ma wytrawny charakter z charakterystycznym drewnianym odczuciem na języku. Ciało delikatne ale wyraźnie zaznaczone, piwo gładkie i pijalne mimo potężnej dawki torfu. Bardzo przystępne torfowe piwo mimo dominującego, torfowego charakteru.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, pine, sweet malt, hoppy, wheat, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Aromat: mocny likier wiśniowo-śliwkowy, gorzka czekolada i kawa, trochę jakby dymionośći ale palonosć ogólnie nie przesadzone co jest na plus, jest też oleistość i degustacyjność więc na pewno nie powiedziałbym, że to FES. Udany jak na tylko 21blg produkt, ciekawy ris, może nie najlepszy i najbardziej skomplikownay ale ciekawy i mily w wypiciu. Jest oleistość, a alkohol nie był wyczuwalny (dosyć mocn goryczka, i ogólna ciężkość ale to typowe dla risa).

BB 25.06.2016. amber light hazy color, small white head. smells of herbs, light coffeeish, bit milky, bit breadish. bit weird smell, not very APAish. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of grass, herbs, bit lactic, breadish, bit coffeeish, spices, peppery. finishes rather bitter with notes of bread, grass and a bit lactic. tastes rather grainy / a bit lactic, rather unfiniished. not too great.
