Thanks Janac! Murky golden, white head. Salty pedio malty aroma. Smoky malty sweetish peachy taste. Err... What the hell. The label is effed up too, saying it’s a 5.3% Mosaic Double IPA. Are these people on crack?!?!??

Thanks Janac! Hazy amber body, tiny white head. Diacetyl caramel, light lemony hop. Light tartness, detergent lemon, pine, er... Off.

Thanks Janac! Misty golden-orange, tiny white head. Scant white head. Smells like a lambic, wow, salty sourness, light green apple, no trace of chili. Sourish-sweetish malty, slightly funky, trace only traaaaace chilli, maybe, perhaps. But a genuinely tasty sour. Honestly, if this was made in the US or something, it would have likely been a hype beer. Since it’s Ukrainian and "nobody" has heard of these guys, well... less so. Shame that the peppers didn’t come out just slightly more, but it’s still quite nice. I just hope it was intentionally like this.

Thanks Janac! From a plastic bottle. Murky ochre body, white head. Peppers and malt aroma, sweetish. Slightly tart, peppery burn on soft maltiness. Okay despite being slightly off. Bizzare concept, calling this an IPA, but hey.

Sample, BOTTLE 75 CL. Hazy golden, big diminishing head. Tart funky aroma, funky, nice rounding notes of strawberries. Similar taste, bone dry, big lactic acidity, unfortunate notes of pickles/yeast. Super crisp and refreshing.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
BOTTLE 75 CL. Clear golden, diminishing white head. Smells of fresh and vibrant tart stone fruit - something between peaches, apricot and raspberries, moderately sour, mild barnyard funk. Sharp clean lactic acidity, subtle fruity undertones, just a bit of no-boil dough/pickles on the backend. Very nice.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Muddy yellow-amber, huge white head. Fresh tart and fruity aroma, clean lactic and raspberry, slightly funky. Strong but not over the top lactic sourness with a hint of tart fruit. Clean - almost no dough, sauerkraut and any kind of that shit. Very nice.
dnicolaescu (3911) reviewed Brewhops Vanilla Stout from Bierwelle 9 years ago
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Bottle 33 CL. Opaque black, beige head. Mild dark chocolate and molasses, green hops, and just a hint of smoke, if any, and no vanilla. The aroma is nice and clean, but not too big. Similar taste, clean but no big, smooth low carbonation body, green hoppy finish. Decent.

Bottle 37,5 CL. Opaque black, dark mocha head. The nose is yeasty upfront, light cooking chocolate and spicy hops behind that. After a while, the yeast goes away, but is replaced by cheesy notes. Fortunately, the taste us much better. Moderate chocolate and molasses sweetness, balanced by smooth roasty notes and light spicy hops. Very smooth low carbonation body. Not bad, if a bit flawed.
dnicolaescu (3911) reviewed Brewhops Shkvarka from Bierwelle 9 years ago
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy ruby-brown, beige head. Nice bacony smokiness dominates, spicy charred wood, some meaty yeast too. The taste is moderately smoky, nice balancing caramel sweetness, and some weird tartness / acidity that seems insignificant, but causes a light burn on your throat. Overall, nicely done.
