Canned 12/19/17, drunk 2/9/18.
Clear, straw-blonde, typical light lager appearance with a small, white head showing moderate retention.
Light, dainty, honey-like malts mix with grassy, soft hops. Touch of wax on the very end, but it's passing (and pretty usual for the yeast/style). Clean, no alcohol, otherwise.
In the mouth it's clean, as well, with well-attenuated malt sugars giving off plentiful honey and crisp grain notes. Light, grassy hop bitterness with very low hop flavor. Texture is malty enough, as it should be. Could be a touch more crisp, but hard to find too much fault here.

Pours deep orange tinged red into a shaker. Tan head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Dark balsamic cherry aromas. Soft with soapy dark cherry upfront turning to bitter cherry pit and pie crust in the lasting finish.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. White head crackles and quickly recedes to nothing. Banana and candi aromas. Soft with sweet hot caramel and clove upfront turning to yeast and pepper in the lasting finish.
