Brewery draught 1/2/23. Clear, pale amber. Small, white head, low retention. Crystal and fuggley hops in the nose with hard water and austere, biscuity malts. Not very expressive yeast. Just vague apple. Hard textured with weird malts and no sweetness/softness whatsoever. Not even interesting yeast. Hard to drink.

Brewery draught, 1/2/23. Crystal clear, light blonde-brass. Spotty head. Caramel in the nose with a hint of citrus. Caramel flavor with borderline no hops. What in the hell? It just tastes like caramel.

Brewery draught, 1/2/23. Light to moderate haze. Pineapple-goldfn. Small head. Pine, scallion, citrus juice. Seems like standard citra, mosaic, Simcoe. Some heavy pine but not resinous. Alcohol and aspirin on the end. Soft, malty, dry, piney. A bit estery, with resin and twang lingering. Cracker, biscuit, scallion. Not undrinkable but very rough.

Brewery draught, 1/2/23. Clear blonde, small, white head, moderate retention. Bit of soap, herbal hops, honey, biscuit, random grains. Toasted sourdough, soap mostly burning off. A little flabby and sweet but clean enough and with good hop character.

Interesting choice to go with a golden stout for a pumpkin beer. Fair bit of pumpkin spice flavor but also picking up some chocolate notes in the finish.

Can (1/12/22) pour from the brewery. It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with no sparkle, 3-finger width off-white foamy head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong pine, citrus and bread. Taste is strong citrus over resinous pine and sweet malts. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, no sign of alcohol, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, DNEIPA more in look than aroma/flavor--more traditional IPA.
