Soooo sweet, amazed there’s no added sugars to this one. Still has a definite Dubbel characteristic but also very unique.

The hops are a little more robust than the other hoppy styles I’ve tried here but it’s balanced out nicely by the citrus.

The yeast profile is a bit heavier than I’m accustomed to, but it’s a really balanced and smooth. Slightly lower carbonation than most saisons. Side note: I don’t actually know if I’ve EVER gone to the same brewery 2 days in a row. Well done, Interstellar

Smooth, crisp Pilsner. Couldn’t ask for more of a Czech.

That is absolutely fan-fucking-tastic. Perfectly sweet, great thick mouthfeel, and the Nerds flavor is so spot on. Hands down one of the best smoothie sours I’ve ever had. Interstellar is killing it for craft beer in Mexico!

Real funky - it’s certainly a wild ale but not tart at all. More on the sweet end of the spectrum. Fantastically unique. And such a cool brewery! Basically a speakeasy.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at Drunken Dog Condesa.
