ABV: 7.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, quick going and fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin, apple core. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple core, apple skine, sweet apples, red apples, yellow apples, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20231028]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some green apple skins, mild toffee and a bit wooden tones. Flavour is sweet apples, mild green apple skins with some toffee and mild sweet apple juice tones. Pleasantly balanced and nice apple flavours in finish.

--Bottled. -- Clear pale golden, no head. Aroma of velvetty green apples. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Velvetty mild juicy apples. Mild apple skin bitterness. Pleasant but uncomplicated.
