Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, concentrated apple juice, minerals, grass, strawberries, alcohol, apple peel, sugar, caramel. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, concentrated apple juice, bark, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, hay, sugar, caramel, strawberry. Medium bitterness, sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. A bit boozy, but nice.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, apple peel, grass, alcohol, minerals, apple cores, cardboard, dusty raspberry wine. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, berry skin, apple cores, booze, minerals, grass, paper, raspberry syrup, cardboard, apple peel, bark. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. What a mess!

Bottle, 75cl corked. It's a deep golden colored cider with some carbonation and no head. The aroma felt quite alcoholc at first, but then apple cellar, ripe apples, some fresh yellow apples and a touch of grass show up. It's full-bodied, pleasantly carbonating and with a light warmth on the palate, with flavors of ripe yellow apples, grass, some apple pie and a faint hint of sulphur. Medium length finish dominated by the fresh fruit. Overall, a decent cider, but lacking a bit on complexity, and it feels a bit uninspired. 210603

Bottle, 75cl corked. A sparkling golden colored cider with a thin layer of white bubbles. The aroma has lots of fredfylt pressed apple juice, a light grassy hint and some notes of alcohol. It's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and lightly warming, with flavors of freshly pressed apple juice dominating. Grass, apple cores and a wee touch of alcohol and sulphur. Long finish. A bit straight forward, but nice indeed. 200727

Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, sour strawberries, sorrel, minerals, alcohol, bark, apple peel, unripe sour apples, caramellized apple juice, hints of thinner. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Weird!
