On a flight in the Taproom at Pike Place, Seattle on 11th August 2025. Almost clear light golden body, white crown. Dry and refreshing after wandering around for a couple of hours being a tourist, it was a hot day as well. Decent enough Pilsner, nothing to make it stand out from the crowd though. Chosen because it was a new brewery for me!

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold tho the can doesn't indicate NEIPA. Transient white head. Aroma of pear, citrus, white berries. Med body or better. Juicy but just a little sugary. Moderately bitter. It's all about the flavor which does match the aroma but there's certainly more. I'll add earth and green melon. Nice flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a transient white head. Aroma is dankish herbaceous/resin. Med body. Malt is detectable, but it's dankly bitter. Flavor is the aroma plus garlic and pine. Strong and nice flavor.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some allium, with oniony notes, pine, oily resins, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Flavour has piney and resinous hops, dankness, some oiliness, a touch of allium, and bready malt to back. Oily, somewhat oniony, reasonable hop blend, but not exactly what I like in a WC. Good.

473mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bright, piney, dank on the nose. Flavour is dank and piney up front, but there's a ton of onions on the finish that make it hard to get into. Pretty oily. I really like the nose, but the flavour profile is a bit off. Improves as it warms up.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tons of dank hops, tropical notes from the Mosaic, and some spruce tips in back. Flavour is full-on spruce tips, with plenty of piney hops, some light tropical notes from the Mosaic, and a dry biscuity malt base. Great hop character and infusion of the spruce. Very good.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma is floral/pale stone fruit. Med body. Juicy but not very sweet. Decently bitter. Flavor is definitely tropical. Pineapple (tho prickles might mean passion fruit), identifiable pink guava and other things I can't parse. Very nice flavor.
