Taster at brewery. Mahogany pour thin ring of head. Boozy, sweet aroma. Taste starts with boozy rum, way too sweet, brown sugar. Not much maltiness as the rum barrel overpowers the whole brew, and not in a good way.

Bottle from source: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is mostly brewed and ground coffee with chocolate notes. The jelly donut was mostly lost on me. Taste is very much not a pastry stout despite what the ingredients say. Coffee more than jelly.

Draught at source: black with beige head. Aroma is sou sauce, chocolate, dark fruit. Taste is robust, fruity, not too bitter. A good example of how the world of stouts looked before barrel ageing then pastry became the norm.
