Draft at the source. My birthstone beer. Jet black color, opaque, brown head. Dark chocolate aroma. Taste is dark roast coffee and unsweetened cocoa, herbal edge, earthy finish. Tasty

Draft at the source. Very dark brown color almost black, tan edge head. Vinous dark roast coffee aroma. Taste is rich sweet toasted toffee and burnt caramel. Very nice

Dark brown, no head, has a barley wine-ish character with sweet amber malts, a touch of alcohol. Solid brew, the sort of thing you drink after a 12 hour shift in the coal mines.

Pale dull and opaque, with a medium head. Sticky malt base, not much bitterness, hops just miss. A clunker, a dull thud.

Bottle at the source shared with Damian, cheers! Clear ruby maroon color, scant head. Nice aroma of fig, raisin, port wine. Taste is vinous fig, date, raisin, plum. Not boozy at all, comes together nicely. Another gluten free winner.
