Das Hobby und Zubrot vieler Ukrainer besonders am Land ist die Imkerei. Da liegt es nahe ein Honigbier herauszugeben. Dieses ist auch gut gelungen. Die süßen Honigaromen umschmeicheln den Hopfenkern und Gaumen in weiterer Folge. Ein schmackhaftes Bierchen.

Das Bier aus der Hausbrauerei unterscheidet sich eigentlich gar nicht vom unkrainischen Industriestandard. Man kann es schon gut gegen den Durst trinken, aber es wird schnell langweilig -besonders in einem Brauhaus.

This chain of pubs in Kiev has a brewery somewhere in town that supplies them with house beer. Usually, if you’re lucky they’ll have one of them on tap at any given time. . Slightly hazy straw colour. Thin head. The aroma is mostly appley, and this would go great with a pork dish. Sour, appley, and rather unpleasant....that sourness gets old fast.
