Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy pale yellow with a big fluffy slightly off-white head. Nose - big lemon note with a bit of tropical lurking so assuming that's mainly down to the Yuzu. Taste - orange zest, going into pineapple and them a grapefruit and lemon close out. Palate - light bodied, zesty finish which has fairly balanced bitterness. Decent taper. Overall - enjoyable.
