Description
Two Flints was born from a fascination for all aspects of the Brewing Process. A Journey that began in 2017 in owner Alex Kerr's apartment in Singapore on a Homebrewing Kit.
Two Flints are a modern-focused, independent brewery nestled under a railway arch under Windsor Central Station. We believe in the balance between heritage and innovation, nuance and drinkability; revelling in the open-minded nature of modern, seasonal brewing and the sensory experiences that come with it. With this ethos, we offer a rotating beer list that balances our quest for hop-forward innovation with classic styles, taking inspiration from the brewers and beers that have come before us.
Our mission is to bring the latest innovations in modern beer drawing from influences on our travels around the world. Our ultimate aim is to be one of the most innovative and exciting breweries in the UK.

440ml can. Murky yellow, big white head. Aroma of lime, passionfruit. Taste dominated by limey goodness, very zesty, a hint of passionfruit, tropical fruits, creamy smoothness but it's not sweet, somewhat dry-ish finish I suppose. Excellent Motueka gear. Drank side by side with Track's DDH Motueka and it was pretty much identical.

Can at home in the garden, 21st April 2024. Pours pretty clear, golden, nice neat, white head. Aroma is floral, aromatic. Taste is floral, medium bitter, resinous, light pith, smooth and very drinkable. I’ve always loved this hop and this shows it nicely

Saturday 20th April 2024, third of a pint in The Boot. Cloudy yellow body, white crown. Citrus fruits throughout, piney traces if you dig deep enough. Pineapple sweetness with a late bitterness from the winey hops.

Tap at cbj. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a lasting white froth. Aroma is midget gems, tangerine, orange, midget gems, flaked wheat. Flavour is composed of crisp, light wheat, bready grains, grass, tangerine, orange chalky. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation, good.

Craft Beer Junction. Keg. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light pine. Slightly pithy citrus. Mild peel. Skunk on the semi dry finish. Fine.

Keg at CBJ - Bermondsey. Pours lightly hazed yellow, effervescent, with a big, fluffy pure white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of pale citrus, semi-ripe lemon, minerals, pale bread. Light bodied with active massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish. Tasty.

Keg at BeerKat, Ealing, London. A golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, lemon taste/aroma. slightly bitter. Decent enough west coast effort.
