Sampled at the Brick Store Pub. Toast, orange peel, light lavender, and juniper. Sweet and malty, with a beautiful, mellow bitterness. Light, fluffy, and smooth. Lovely.

12 oz. can. Pours black, with a smaller, tan head. The aroma is black bread, toffee, vanilla, oak, and cardamom. Sweet and malty, with a bracing, pleasant bitterness. Fairly heavy, chalky, and drying. Well made and enjoyable stout.

Taster at the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours a murky, yellow color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is guava, roasted corn, dill, marigolds, and pumpernickel. Sweet and sugary, with a funky bitterness. Medium body, a bit acidic, and clean. Confused and not terribly pleasant.

On tap pours out crisp clean amber brown color topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet caramel toffee grain spice notes. Taste is more of the nice grain notes belg candy and spice.

Taster at the Lincoln Fill Station. Pours a clear, brown color, with a medium, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is pecan, sherry, rye bread, and toffee. Sweet and malty, with only a hint of bitterness. Fair as a brown ale, but not very Belgian.
