On tap at WBF 2025, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of earthy spicy notes, wet leaves and branches… yeah, typical sahti. Flavour is a sahti on steroids, with branches, leaves, moderate spiciness, some residual sweetness. Fun experiment but it’s alright.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a cloudy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a shitload of pumpkin puree, and intense pumpkin spices, which drown out any discernible grodziskie notes. Flavour is very dry, with intense pumpkin spices, light pumpkin puree, and a touch of smoke. Extremely nutmeg- and cardamom-dominant. Not terrible but not something I want to drink.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a dirty dark brown/near-black with a small tan head. Aroma is very peated, with tons of smoked malt, intense roast, and robust earthy hops. Flavour is much the same, with massive peated malt, plenty of roast, and earthy hops. Aggressive but cleanly made and integrated. Excellent.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky dirty blonde with a white head. Nose is dirty and boozy with lots of earthy underbrush. Flavour has more of that undergrowth character with an oily mouthfeel and latent booziness. Not very good.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Pumpkin, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and a touch of smoke on the nose. Flavour has thin pumpkin purée, pie pastry, cardamon and nutmeg. A bad idea executed just as well.
