Tap at Borefts. Clear dark brown. Caramel, nutty, light earthy, wood, dry bitter hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Full crisp and oily body. Nice!

Eerste bier van het laatste Borefts. Heldere bruine body met nauwelijks schuim. Geur is zoetig, brood, met een licht fruitje in de mond. Smaak is zoetig, moutig. Lichte body. Iets geroosterd en licht bittere afdronk.

Hand pump at Oliver Twist. Dark. Chocolate Chocolate, chalk, milk, hazelnut, and something else I can't put my finger on. Sooooooo soft. Chocolate, roasted, nuts. This is very nice.

Handpump at Oliver Twist. Black, tanned cream foam creamy medium light, mellow. Light fishy roast aroma, nice cocoa creme entry, dry dark chocolate bottom, hay, subtle broad hop counterpoint, very nice.

Bayerischer Anstich at Omnipollos Hat. Dark brown with a strong cappuccino head. Licorice, salmiak, umami, salt, licorice chocolate, peanut, hazelnut. Soft mouthfeel, creamy, long, warm. Nicely balanced. I like.

Bayrischer Anstich at Omnipollos Hat. Black, super thick coffee cream foam on top. Lively sherry notes on roast aroma. Solid salt licorice roast, peat, tar, sweet heather notes, intense but somehow restrained barrel notes. Salty peat afterwards. It is aggressively peaty and salty, but the sherry mellows it out somehow. Very interesting sipper.
