Leftovers from the Sweden trip. Gold with a frothy, white head. An understated aroma offers grass, herbs, and a touch of lemon. Taste is bitter with hints of green tea. Faint, citric nuance. Goes down real easy. Finishes with a mild but lingering herbal bitterness and is increasingly citric. Good chewiness given the ABV, moderate carbonation, crisp, refreshing. Nice!

(Gravity cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 5 May 2024) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, grass and herbs. Malty taste with notes of white bread, grain, honey, grass and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of malt sweetness. Fresh and well balanced pilsener. Very nice.

Smell of malt, bread, grass. Golden colour, very high white head. Aroma of grass, some spruce, malt. Medium bitter. Soft carbon. Great.

Nice refreshing pilsner Clear golden pour and a fine head. Ok lacing Pleasant pilsner aroma. Ok intensity Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Also a fine carbonation level Malty, mild bread, flowery and herbal flavor [Bottle from Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden]

8-4-8-5-17 Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is zesty herbal hops with grass, spicy notes and some citrus. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is bready malts with grains and heather, as well as zesty hops with herbal notes, spices, marmalade and grassy minerals. Lingering bitter hops with a dry finish. Zesty, balanced and seriously drinkable. Fabulous pilsner!

Clear gold yellow beer, small creamy head, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, fruity, juicy, citrus notes, a bit herbal, some orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter, dy, spicy, herbal, grains, a bit malty. Aftertaste: very grassy, herbal bitterness, dry finish, very bitter and hoppy, decent lager.
