Bouteille 50cl, merci Philippe, ramenée des Vosges. BB 08/2024.
Pâle claire, col crémeux blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet de légumes bouillis (sans pour cela être infâme), finement épicé, agrumes et léger citronné, carrot cake avec une petite note de malts en rétro-nasal.
Palais reste assez classique, effet un peu souffre, finement épicé du seigle, note végétale - venant de la levure? fleuri, baies vertes de la groseille, sec et fleur d'oranger.
