Hazy pale blond colour. The aroma is very mineral. Semi-dry mouthfeel, moderate apple flavour, a bit lemony, mild acidity.
Simple but not bad.

Dark amber colour. Strong accent of cereals, some alcohol, touch of vegetables; good body strength, some caramel, light residual sweetness.
Unexciting.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp green apple skins, some light champagne-like effervescence, and fermented out honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, totally fermented out honey, and green apple skins.

375 ml bottle. Pours a clear hay color with light head. Aromas of green apples, citrus, and grapes. Flavors follow same, more apple and a bit of floral yeast. Clean and refreshing.

330mL bottle, pours a dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of caramel, bready malt, some peat, and boiled vegetables. Flavour is along the same lines, with peat, boiled vegetables, and toasted caramel. Quite vegetal, which distracts from the peat and caramel. A bit off the mark.

On tap at Open Baladin, Rome on 2nd July 2018. Slightly hazy gold with thick white foam scant lacing. Fresh citrus fruits and sweet malt in aroma. Grapefruit, lemon and peach notes in-mouth with biscuit malts. A rich finish of tangy fruits over biscuit malt. Zingy mouthfeel and light body.
