Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of fruit yoghurt, reminding me of raspberry. Sweet and tart fruity flavour, with a phenolic note.

Bottle 31 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque pinkish with a small, white head. Dry berry aroma, some yeast. Light body, heavy carbonation, again dry berry notes. Absolutely no residual sugars. A very burpy beer - could probably work instead of champagne. 300915

Craft Tottenham Court Road War Zone. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Decent dark chocolate malts. Slightly tangy. Creamy sweetness. Trace of coffee. Smooth finish. Not bad.

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate, soy aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, really rich soy taste coming through. My first Brazilian beer and very interesting it was too.
