Hot damn, I love this brewer - excellent sweet stout - silky texture - nose and flavor of raisin, dark chocolate, vanilla, a touch of rum, sweet cream, a touch of cinnamon - complex for the style - can’t wait for their imperial stout.

Nicely done autumn session beer - a nutty malt character, light dark bread, a touch of smoke, toastiness, a mild tartness, leafy/tobacco notes - frothy mouthfeel, dry finish - tasty.

Lightly hazy gold.- lovely, frothy mouthfeel - delicate texture - a nice mix of earthy maris otter and a sweeter honey quality - lightly leafy hops and mild bitterness - a touch of acidity before a bready finish - nice golden ale.

This brewery always make solid IPAs, but they really brought it with this one - incredibly clean, medium sweet malt profile sets the stage for juicy, complex, citric hops - strong bitterness (100 ibu), but not abrasive or overbearing - just straight up great - the best IPA from a great brewer of ipas.

Hey, a pumpkin porter that actually tastes like pumpkin rather than just cinnamon and nutmeg - creamy texture - dry and roasty malt.character is complimented by roasted pumpkin and light touches of nutmeg, cinnamon - light caramelized sugar on the tail end, light butter character - well done.

Tap at the brewery - their last double ipa was damn near out of the park, but this one is a little off the mark for me - the malt profile is lean and medium sweet, but the hop profile is a little garlicky for me (maybe some simcoe or summit in the mix?) - there is also a slight fusel alcohol flavor and some retro-nasal alcohol flavor - still, much cleaner and less messy than a lot of double ipas out there.

Tap at the brewery - turbid light orange - interesting hop profile - never.had this hop before - very juicy and citric, but with a grassy character very distinct in german hop varieties - like citra had a baby with hallertauer - like.their other ipas, the malt profile is lean and medium sweet - gives the hops a base to cling to and then gets out of the way - peppery find finish - another solid ipa from this brewer.

Tap at the brewery - dark brown pour - soapy lace - nose of maple, vanilla, roasty dark malts, a touch of mineral - creamy texture - fairly sweet, with notes of vanilla and milk chocolate - but there is plenty of balancing bitterness (from the dark malts), light acidity, leafy tobacco notes, and a dry mineral character that balances this sweetness very well - overall another balanced and enjoyable beer from this brewer.

Tap at the brewery - once again these guys nail an IPA - lightly haz gold - bursting the candied citrus in the nose and flavor - oily texture and medium body - malts are bready and medium sweet, but really only serve as a vehicle for the potent orange and grapefruit and bitterness and peppery character of the hops - IBUs are apparent, but the bitterness is still not overpowering or abrasive - love what these guys are doing with hops.
