Bottle, many thanks Nische! Beautiful almost ruby color with no head. Aroma is super flowery honey, forest floor, Polish Półtorak oxidation, I hardly get any of the fruits, they are so well incorporated. General berry and blackcurrant flavours, yes, also some freshness of the gooseberries (which I loved to eat as a child, we had them in our garden). Taste has more of the gooseberries, berries, perfectly mixed with the honey flavours and oxidation. Viscous oily mouthfeel, superbly drinkable. Beautiful; this is super-amazing because it retains the classic honey character and blends the fruit flavours in there perfectly.

Solid tasty evening sipper. Very balanced and dangerously easy drinkable.
Deep red color and a nice pleasant aroma. Fine intensity. Balanced rich sweetness. Oily texture and a fine lasting tail. Loads of cherries here. Mild honey and fruity.

Only for people who like vinegar in a beer. Like me :-)

Bottle sampled at The Sweetest tasting II. Clear amber golden with no head. Lots of sweet honey, leathery, oxidized notes, caramel, soft fruits, sugary, light earthy, vanilla, port. Very sweet and light sour. Full sugary body with almost creamy feel from all the sugars. I quite like it!

8 3 8 3 16 Clear amber with no head. Aroma of floral honey, oxidization and slight leathery notes. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium to full bodied with very soft carbonation.
