(Bottle 33 cl) Unclear, dark orange with a tall, handsome head - very classical Hefe appearance. Lovely fruity esters and a typical dry finish. Nice but far from excellent. 030503

(Bottle 33 cl) Handsome, fully golden beer with a small, dense head. Good solid body with a malty feel and a nice bite of hops. Comes with this hard to define artisanal/handbrewed touch - like draught brewpub pilsener. Fresh and well crafted. 271002

(Bottle 33 cl) Pretty, deep amber without much head. Nice, dark malty feel with a good balance between sweet and bitter. Has a somewhat rustic "homebrewed" - but pleasant - character. 091002

Swing-top bottle: Copper coloured, rocky off-white head, lasting; sweet cookies in the nose, dried fruit, yeast and bananas as usual; sweetish malty taste (or dough), medium bodied; malty and slightly bitter finish. An quite unusual Weizen, far away from it’s bavarian "brothers", not too fruity, a bit malt-accented, but very pleasant, anyway.........

Malzig, süffig, kaum herb. Nett, kann man gut trinken, kein Geschmackserlebnis. Durchschnitt. Test vom 22.8.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,10,11,8,6,8 - 8,75

Test vom 22.8.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,7,6,7,7 - 6,95

Swing-top bottle: Amber coloured, medium-sized white frothy head; sweetish (caramel) malty nose with some hints of fresh grassy hoppiness; mild, sweetish malty taste; sweetish lavour; fruity, malty aftertaste with a distinctive light bitterness; quite full-bodied, well-rounded, very well quaffable; a mild, but not a bland one......

Swing-top bottle: Light golden, medium-sized head; moderate (grassy) hoppy nose, some traces of caramel and some fruitiness; sweet malty beginning; quite full (malty) bodied - not that typical thin, watery "Pils"-taste; moderate bitter flavour leading to a distictive, but mild bitter aftertaste; rather long lasting; extremely well rounded and well balanced, the maltier, fuller body remibnds a little bit of the excellent bohemian Lagers: A real good stuff !

(bottle) Golden colour with a short diminishing frothy white head. Malty aroma with wet hay. Sweetbitter flavour, light bodied, lively carbonated. Mild malty taste with some fruity undertones and a dry and slightly short bitter finish. I prefer Potts Landbier & Pils.
